I'll be there at 5:30 with my box of frisbees and cones.
Thanks to those who came, hope it was fun. Let me know how and if you want the clinics tailored in a specific way to best meet your individual needs (throwing/cutting/defense/terminology) and how you want help with team tactics.
My goal is just to help out: so let me know what you are looking for.
New folks are welcome, pickup tends to be the best chance to learn rules/throws/spirit, so come on out. Bring cleats if you have them, water and a light & a dark shirt. Sawyer is pet friendly, but bring baggies cause few of us like to lay out in shit. We will practice our throws as warm up until there is a critical mass of folks to field 2 teams. If we don't get at least ten people, there are other games we can play to keep life interesting. It still gets dark kinda early and that limits how long we have to play, so get there early and often.
Bring a friend, bring a Frisbee, let's have some fun.
Just across the river from Downtown Bend, this park provides a great location for a Sunday afternoon game. Gathering lazily starts at 3:00 PM. Bring a disc, light and dark shirts, cleats and water. A leash for your dog is also a good idea.
